Our client approached us with a common request: they wanted to increase their organic traffic through AI-generated blog posts & articles but weren't happy with their AI-generated content. Using popular LLMs such as ChatGPT didn't give them the content quality they were looking for: it felt unnatural, too generic… and "fake".
They needed content that was not just optimised for SEO, but also that felt aligned with their branding and resonated with their audience on an authentic level.
Our Solution
To tackle this challenge, we began by using AI to analyse all their existing articles, website and app content to understand their tone of voice and brand guidelines. This analysis allowed us to develop a set of precise writing style rules for our customised AI content generation tool: allowing it to create articles that felt natural, engaging, and aligned with the brand.
To make this AI content sound human, we developed three author profiles within their brand, each with a distinct voice and writing style: a wellness coach, a scientific expert, and a casual blogger. Each profile was crafted to generate content in a style that was consistent with the author's unique tone.
Our client also needed help with generating AI images that matched their brand's design. To create imagery that matched their existing design style, we trained a custom AI image generation model using their existing brand images. This model was then used to produce visuals that were not only on-brand but also made sense with the content of the articles.

How to generate high quality AI content: Chain-of-Thought Reasoning
One of the features of our customised AI content generator app is the use of Chain of Thought Reasoning: unlike traditional AI models that rely on a single prompt, we use a series of interconnected prompts that guide the AI through a multi-step process and allows for human feedback and input along the way.
This process involves 8 to 12 prompts, taking the AI through steps like:
- Idea Generation: the AI brainstorms ideas based on the given prompt, keyword or idea
- Idea Selection: the user chooses the best idea for maximum impact
- Outline Creation: a structured outline is generated to guide the article

How to generate consistent images with AI
To ensure image-generation consistency and brand alignment, we trained a fine-tuned SDXL LoRA model with the client's brand images, allowing our model to produce custom visuals for each article that fit both branding and the content.
